CONDITIONS

choosing our company – Sahara Desert Trips & Morocco Travels. In addition
to introducing visitors to the scenic and historical wonders of Morocco, we
take great pride in offering our guests a personalized experience with the
best of Moroccan hospitality. Our priority is making your vacation
experience the best that it can be. To ensure your trip meets your needs and
expectations, please take the time to carefully read our “terms &
conditions”, outlined below.
ITINERARIES:
The itineraries shown on our website represent samples of excursions, tours
and other activities, with varying levels of length, destinations and
associated costs. We understand that sometimes our guests wish to customize
or extend their trips in order to match their specific vacation needs while
visiting Morocco.

Desert Trips & Morocco Travels
has years of experience both in providing and customizing tours and
excursions, and we can work with you to help create the tour that is right
for you and your schedule. We are available to provide information and to
answer questions, so that together we can create the perfect Moroccan
experience for you and your party. We are also delighted to
allow itinerary adjustments even while
the tour is running, as we believe it's never too late to change. No
worries, simply send us an email, call us, or you can tell your driver/guide
about your interests and he will call us to arrange the changes for you.
TOUR PRICES:
Our tour prices vary, depending the
number of persons in your party and the accommodations you choose. While all
our prices are quoted in Euros, we do accept US Dollars or
MAD Moroccan Currency).

We will provide the details depending on the easiest method for you.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Once you have decided to book one of
our tours, a deposit is required. This payment is to secure the car and
driver for the dates of your tour. Once the deposit is received, we will
notify you by email.
ONE
DAY TRIPS TO 2 DAYS:
must be
booked and paid in full at the time reservation is made.
TOURS
OF 3 TO 5 DAYS:
a deposit of 100 to 150 EURO is required.
TOURS
OF 6 TO 8 DAYS:
a deposit
of 200 to 250 EURO is required.
TOURS
OF 9 TO 15 DAYS:
a deposit of 400 to 600 EURO is required.
If your tour is comprised of more days
than those referenced above, you may be asked for the full payment.
NOTE:
If You Are Already in Morocco:
We will send a representative to your accommodation in Morocco to pick up
the deposit.
WHEN THE FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED:
TOURS
LESS THAN 6 DAYS:
The balance of the full payment is due at the beginning of the tour, or
prior to10 days of the tour departure date.
TOURS
LESS THAN 9 TO 6 DAYS:
Balance
of full payment must be paid prior to 15 days of the tour departure date.
TOURS
LESS THAN 16 TO 9 DAYS:
Balance
of full payment must be paid prior to 20 days of the tour departure date.
CANCELLATION AND
REFUND POLICY:
If because of an emergency you cancel 60 or more days prior to the tour
date, we will refund your deposit. For cancellations between 60 and 15 days
prior to the tour date, we will keep the deposit. Cancellations 15 days or
less prior to the tour date will require the full amount.
